Lighting Systems

I usually don’t plug a product or a website unless I’m handsomely paid for it or receive massive kickbacks.  However, I’ve been seeing these impressive lighting systems being used over the past couple weeks and started looking into them.  They’re called Ay Up Lighting Systems.  These little Cree LEDs last for 3hrs, shine incredibly (over 320 lumen per LED) , durable, light and last for 3hrs.   They’re also unbelievably inexpensive for what you get.  These new high powered LEDs coming out are going to revolutionize lighting systems everywhere.

Check them out.  www.ayup.com.au

I’ve been wondering what types of lights these are. I’ve seen a few people on them and they’re fantastic. Especially with the days getting shorter here in Aus, it’s time to start thinking about picking up a set.

Ay Up lights are brilliant. I use two sets for nighttime MTB (bars and helmet) and I often use one set (helmet) for road riding in the dark. Come to the Dirt Crits through winter (Thursday nights at Westgate Park in Melbourne) and you’ll see lots of Ay Ups.

Same as Tim above – I use two for mtb lights for mtb and one for road. The other advantage is that my partner uses my helmet set for commuting on the road, as the helmet set only get used at enduros. They are bulletproof (fully washable) and simple to take on and off… And australian which is an added bonus.
