		<description>Vancouver BC Canada roadie here... Wade, coming from Canada you should know better than to take the laws too seriously.  Yes, you technically can&#039;t ride two-a-breast (a $109 fine), but that hasn&#039;t stopped the Vets ride from taking place for years and years (similar to your hell ride).  It is also illegal to ride standing on the pedals ($109) in BC (not sure about Alberta), but I have never seen that enforced either.  

Most of these rules are only put in effect when there is a blatant disregard for public safety.</description>
