Thank you to those who have eagerly signed up to the Cycling Tips newsletter. In this fortnightly newsletter I’ll be crafting exclusive content, telling you about special offers and promotional codes, and hosting some kick-ass giveaways.
In the upcoming newsletter I’ll be talking about How To Do A Proper Bike Fit. Rapha has also generously ponied up one Lightweight Jersey, a Team Cap and a pair of Pro Team socks that I’ll be randomly giving away to an email subscriber. Hot damn – I’m even gonna subscribe!
If you haven’t subscribed it’s not too late. Either do it below or on the right sidebar of this page. For you RSS/Email readers, sorry but you’ll have to come to the site to sign up.
Thanks and I hope you’re all enjoying this sensational weather we’re having here in Australia. For those of you in the Northern Hemisphere – you’ve had your summer. Hope you’re having fun with cyclocross! ;-)

Please tell me you don't regularly use purty deep section carbon wheels on the trainer!? My sanity is at stake here.
You should see my race wheels!
those lightweights look SWEEEEETTTTTTT!! damn…think i just jizzed myself…
Will you be giving away a pair of lightweights to each subscriber?
If I can get 50,000 newsletter subscribers before the first newsletter I'll give a set of Lightweights away. Seriously. We have a way to go though…
Do you choose your own handlebars or do you just keep what you are given by your sponsor?
We get a number of options to choose from, but they need to be from our sponsor.
Proper bike fit sounds great. I've blown some money on them and am still not happy, as I have a serious chronic subscap/QL issue, I need someone with some osteo/physio/biomechanical knowledge as well ('tis why I will visit Mr Briscombe).
It would be really instructional to see what difference small adjustments make to your power output, particular longitudinal seat movement and seat height.
Some info perhaps on what to do for certain weaknesses (shoulders, triceratops etc) would be interesting too!
Good luck with the list, it's exciting to watch it grow :)

So has a fortnightly newsletter been issued as yet? I have not seen one since signing up but maybe spam filter stole it?
