		<description>Proper bike fit sounds great. I&#039;ve blown some money on them and am still not happy, as I have a serious chronic subscap/QL issue, I need someone with some osteo/physio/biomechanical knowledge as well (&#039;tis why I will visit Mr Briscombe).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It would be really instructional to see what difference small adjustments make to your power output, particular longitudinal seat movement and seat height.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Some info perhaps on what to do for certain weaknesses (shoulders, triceratops etc) would be interesting too!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Good luck with the list, it&#039;s exciting to watch it grow :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;tim</description>
