Great vid Canada. Adelaide has now secured a traffic free crit course in the cities parklands and with it being new to everyone there are some teething problems. Passing other grades is one and I am sending this footage to my club here in Adelaide to show them how mixed grade racing can be done safely and still enjoyable for all grades. Mainly through education of riders with the addition of rolling marshalls. I remember getting the speeches from Mal and Frank regarding passing other grades safely giving them enough room to corner etc. Your vid shows at least two perfect examples of that. The effect of your work with CT Wade is far reaching and I believe a great addition to the cycling community. Cheers

congrats on some great footage Wade, Yes Mal, we put a 0.7X wide angle lens on the camera. It helps us to stabilize the shots especially for all the mountain bike / adventure racing footage we film for use on RACEDAYRUSH.com

Great work WW and thanks again for the assistance on Sunday. Perhaps next time you follow me round though you could change lens? That must have been a wide angle, either that or I need to vote for slimming black knicks for the next CCCC kit.
I have to say it looks much easier on tape than it was in real life, it doesn't really capture the speed through the corners when the camera moves at the same speed as the bunch.

The top ten A graders rolling turns at 50kmh+……..my heart rate at 178 over 30min verified the speeds…..trust me!

I've not tried this, but, can you rename your mp3 before embedding it in your video editor (presumably not Premiere or FinalCut) or with a hex editor, thus fooling their music copyright bot, as it won't be able to check IDV3 tags (the bot might run deeper analysis, not sure)

Thanks for sharing the footage of Mal's special win at Glenvale yesterday. I of course would have loved to have seen the finish footage as well, given I wasn't there. I wonder whether Doug thought to turn on the club video camera to get it on tape – even though the video camera definitely wasn't needed to decide on the placings!
